ClarkeHopkinsClarke have been working with the Department of Health on the development of five new 10 bed Prevention and Recovery Care facilities (PARCs) around Melbourne, with the Frankston PARC being the final facility completed.
The new Frankston PARC facility was designed to accommodate 10 residents aged 18-64 for stays ranging in length from 2 to 28 days. The 10 ensuite rooms have been configured to meet the specific needs of residents, and communal facilities include double kitchen, lounge/TV room, dining/activity room, quiet rooms, and meeting/consulting room to facilitate the delivery of a variety of services and programs. The external areas provide quiet and active spaces for residents and staff including external decks, reflection garden, basketball area and vegetable garden. The new facility is designed to create a supportive and nurturing environment and provides optimum safety for residents, staff and visitors alike.
