With over a decade of experience in architectural offices, Amar brings a wealth of expertise in the design, documentation and delivery of retail, multi-residential, industrial and commercial projects. His portfolio includes work with leading clients such as Stockland and Frasers, spanning tenancy fitouts, neighbourhood centres, and large-scale refurbishments.

As an Associate at CHC, Amar’s primary focus is on day-to-day project documentation and client and consultant liaison, ensuring seamless communication and clarity throughout every phase. A strong BIM user with a meticulous eye for detail, he is driven by a deep curiosity about how buildings come together and a commitment to achieving the right outcomes for both client and project.

Known for his calm approach under pressure and thorough understanding of project delivery, Amar excels at planning and executing complex briefs. His motivation lies in achieving the best possible results for teams and clients, always seeking to balance design aspirations with practical, buildable solutions.

Amar’s key projects include Castle Towers Zone 2 David Jones, Castle Towers Zone 3 Tender, Woolworth Austral North, St Carlo's Catholic School, Woolworths George's Cove, and a range of Stockland centre refurbishments and community facilities.

He holds a Bachelor of Design in Architecture and a Master of Architecture from the University of Sydney, and is passionate about leveraging technology and collaboration to deliver high-quality outcomes that stand the test of time.
