As a Project Leader in our Mixed Use team, Andres draws on more than 18 years’ experience in Australia and Venezuela working on commercial, retail, hospitality and residential projects.

With broad expertise in refurbishments and new builds, he’s a confident strategist with a strong focus on constructability. He understands precisely what it takes to produce an optimal design, ensure quality, and deliver on time. Comprehensive and consultative, Andres is adept at bringing stakeholders together to find practical solutions to projects’ inevitable challenges. Internally he ensures information flows openly within project teams, mentors staff, and provides opportunities for growth.

In recent years, Andres has developed his interest in Building Information Modelling (BIM). He bases the architecture, engineering and construction coordination on the review and analysis of purpose-built models to detect discrepancies and determine solutions before construction begins. He’s passionate about using available technology to create solutions that work for all involved.
