Brad brings broad experience in South Africa and Australia to his role as Senior Project Leader in our Retail & Mixed-Use team. His specialties include mixed-use development and high-end residential and multi-residential projects.

Proactive and adept at simplifying complex problems to find effective solutions, Brad’s role encompasses all aspects of concept design, documentation, contract administration, quality control, project management, client negotiation and management. He’s responsible for the project team, client and consultant relationships, and overseeing a project from inception through to completion.

Work early in his career on small retail and residential refurbishments, followed by the design and implementation of large upmarket residential projects, showed him the pivotal role a proactive architect plays in helping clients realise their dreams. More structured, fast-paced, large-scale commercial projects led him to undertake advanced qualifications in progressive project management. He’s also technically proficient, including in BIM.

Brad’s motivated by progression in an ever-changing environment. He thrives on actively leading complex multi-residential and large-scale mixed-use developments, where he can help teams achieve maximum impact throughout design development, implementation, and delivery.
