Dan is an experienced Project Leader in our Health team who’s highly regarded for his considered, thorough documentation and proactive coordination of consultants. He’s a healthcare specialist experienced in design for seniors, retail and health projects with integrated mixed use and multi-residential components.

Dan enjoys the challenges of staging and sequencing complex projects, and it shows. He’s adept at breaking down site surveys to understand existing conditions and context, and determining how best to work with them to achieve the desired results. Strategic in his thinking around project constructability, he’s also known for exceptional documentation packages for consultants and architects that enable a clear, integrated approach.

Relaxed and personable, Dan’s a pleasure to work with. When inevitably challenges arise, he’s the calm, curious, can-do all-rounder who investigates, finds solutions, and makes sure they stick. Internally, he’s a go-to at CHC for his Revit skills and BIM knowledge, and often takes the role of BIM manager on our projects.
