Daniel Gabbe is a Senior Architectural Technician in our Mixed Use team. He’s a documentation and contract administration specialist with more than five years’ experience in mixed use, retail, townhouses and sporting facilities. He also brings to his role at CHC two years’ experience working on CBD multi-residential projects, which built his expertise in project administration and delivery.

Diligent, helpful and extremely capable, Daniel’s role includes consultant coordination, liaison with clients, builders and product suppliers, materials specifications, project administration and management, knowledge sharing, and mentoring colleagues. Daniel is adept at translating architects’ concept and intent and ensuring they are executed beautifully every step of the way, from inception to completion.

Hands-on and caring, he’s known by his colleagues as Mr Fix It, able to calmly resolve problems, reliably work across multiple projects, and efficiently assist others to deliver projects on time.
Daniel loves a challenge and is highly motivated to learn. He’s continually building his technical skills and construction knowledge by executing ever more complex projects with impressive design flair.
