James Despotidis is a Senior Architectural Technician in our Mixed Use team. He’s a popular team member in-demand for his attention to detail, eagerness in meeting targets, and the positive energy he brings to teams and projects. In addition to his work on CHC’s diverse retail and mixed use projects over the past four years, James has five years’ experience in aged care design.

His role involves delivering design detailing, problem-solving in ways that preserve architectural intent, coordinating consultants to achieve a common goal, and supporting project team members with technical assistance, advice, and opportunities to learn.

James genuinely enjoys teamwork and takes satisfaction in delegating tasks in ways that make the most of each person’s strengths. He’s motivated by projects that improve quality of life and bring happiness to communities.
