Leigh’s broad career experience as a designer, project manager and builder for major health clients makes him an exceptionally well-rounded leader in our healthcare team. His project management and tender procurement skills and sharp eye for detail help him deliver complex, highly successful projects on time and budget.

Leigh has diverse project experience including technically demanding hospital refurbishments and new builds. He particularly enjoys working on acute and community mental health facilities and complex projects such as operating theatres, central sterile services departments and pharmacies.

Leigh is known for considered, practical design solutions that incorporate salutogenic and biophilic design principles. He has seen firsthand the impact good design has on patient recovery and staff wellbeing. Astute and approachable, he thrives on variety and enjoys working on all design phases through to construction completion. He’s a gun at contract negotiation, and takes satisfaction in finding creative ways to achieve a client’s brief in ways that meet standards and guidelines, embed complex technologies, and deliver desired impacts for patients, families and staff.
