“I’m motivated by the opportunity to improve people’s quality of life through my personal interests and skillsets. I love seeing their positive reactions to spaces we design for them to live, work or play in, and the moments of joy they spark.”
Linda is an accomplished interior designer in our Multi-Residential sector with more than six years’ experience spanning Mixed Use, Commercial and Seniors projects and a wide range of typologies. A true design lover with exceptional style and a wealth of industry knowledge, Linda has designed residential apartments, childcare, hospitality, commercial projects including co-working spaces, small offices and commercial lobbies, seniors living communities and residential apartments, end of trip facilities, retail malls and amenities, tertiary furniture specification, and social housing. The latter includes innovative, high-ESD projects for women and children leaving family violence.
Linda was CHC’s first Interiors graduate. She helped grow our Interiors team, build our expertise and develop our approach. Hands-on and detail oriented, she works closely with senior interior designers and architects to develop a project’s vision, shape its interiors narrative and concept, and deliver an impeccable result that works beautifully as it looks. Her specialties include concept development, design, product knowledge and research, FFE and materials specification, documentation, interior spatial design, interior styling for photoshoots, liaising with clients and suppliers, and technical skills in Revit, Photoshop, Indesign and Sketchup.
Warm, approachable and highly regarded by clients and colleagues alike, Linda a go-to on all things design. She’s passionate about our industry and constantly attending art and design events to expose herself to what’s happening across contemporary design locally and globally. A generous team player, she’s also positive, pragmatic and a joy to work with.
