Sara is the unflappable design writer and strategist behind our tenders and submissions. She’s constantly juggling multiple deadlines for diverse teams in a high-stakes role, but you’d never know it from her calm, can-do demeanor. Sara’s organised, energetic and astute. She understands the industry and practice inside out and knows precisely which people, projects and details to combine for a compelling pitch.
Sara studied architecture before switching to interior design and later completing an MBA. She joined ClarkeHopkinsClarke in 2008 as the first member of our business support team, juggling diverse duties including operations, accounts, marketing and even some interior design project work. But she soon found her niche writing about design. Sara’s a natural writer and detail-oriented. She loves the challenge of describing our projects in diverse ways for diverse audiences and knows how to open designers up to tell the creative stories behind their technical solutions.
Her role involves working with every sector at ClarkeHopkinsClarke to write tenders, Expressions of Interest and submissions, including awards. She understands how to align fee structures to our expertise and pursue projects that reflect our values. Sara brings out the best in people and teams to nail the brief on time, every time. She’s energised by the excitement of bringing in business and helping the practice evolve for a changing industry.
