Sartika is an Associate Architect in our Retail team. She has more than 15 years’ experience working on mixed use, retail, multi-residential, senior living, commercial and residential interior projects.

At CHC Sartika guides projects from design development through to construction documentation and delivery. Close coordination with clients and project teams help her maintain design integrity throughout every stage of the design and delivery process.

Sartika is a certified Passive House designer. She is passionate about the role of Passive House design principles in creating high-quality, energy-efficient, comfortable buildings and reducing our carbon footprint.

Detailed-oriented and technically proficient, Sartika is knowledgeable about design and construction process and regulations. She uses effective methodologies and technologies to enhance daily efficiencies, which keeps teams humming and helps her deliver projects on time and within budget.
