A Senior Architect in our Seniors Living & Care team, Steph brings to her projects more than a decade’s experience in multi-residential architecture, delivering quality homes, community spaces, and sustainable buildings that harmonise with their surroundings.

Steph’s a versatile all-rounder with hands-on experience across all project stages, from early feasibility studies through to schematic design, navigating the town planning process, producing detailed construction documentation, and managing on-site administration. As a seasoned Project Architect, she’s a collaborative leader whose clear communication and calm coordination and problem-solving helps project teams succeed. Motivated and easy to work with, Steph engages effectively with clients, consultants and builders to delvier high-quality buildings and spaces.

In her design for Seniors Living & Care, Steph is passionate about creating environments that enhance wellbeing and quality of life for older adults and deliver spaces that are not only functional and sustainable but also warm, welcoming and responsive to their varied needs and aspirations.
