A registered architect with over 13 years’ experience, Tim Brooks has developed a strong capability in the role of project architect for Retail and Community projects. Tim is actively involved in the documentation and construction phases, and recognises the importance of adequate detailing and thorough documentation to ensure the constructability of a project. He has considerable experience developing construction specifications for projects across all industry sectors, and has been responsible for the production and updating of our office master specification template.
Within the office, Tim plays a key role in maintaining an up to date knowledge of regulatory changes and effectively disseminates the relevant information to our project teams. Tim has a keen interest in environmentally sustainable design and enjoys the challenges and knowledge building afforded from the diversity of roles he takes on.
