Vania is a highly experienced architect in our Multi-Residential team, with expertise in residential architecture, building construction management, and branding/signage project coordination, including wayfinding and implementation.
A creative, can-do, team-focused designer, Vania guides diverse residential projects through schematic design to town planning, co-ordinating with consultants, liaising with clients, and collaborating closely with project teams.
Vania’s positive, curious and motivated – an empathetic designer who looks for unique solutions that suit clients, residents and contemporary lifestyles. Her broad qualifications and experience make her insightful and practical about the ways construction, architecture and interior design work together to create a successful outcome. She’s driven to create environmentally sustainable projects incorporating ESD and new technologies to ensure our projects will be enjoyed in the future and still hold up.
An engaged participant in the broader industry, Vania is part of the National Association of Women In Construction (Vic) Mentoring Program? For much of the past decade she has been working with industry leaders like architect Maria Danos, sharing inspirations and approaches to work and life. On the side, Vania designed the elegant retail/hospitality fit-out of Casa Nata, Melbourne’s first dedicated Portuguese tart café, for her brother Nelson.
