Robert Goodliffe has been a cornerstone of ClarkeHopkinsClarke’s quiet evolution into one of the most diverse and people focused architectural practices in Australia.
Guided by our mission of ‘Creating Vibrant Communities’, he has made significant contributions across the education, aged care, residential and community infrastructure sectors and currently provides oversight of the practice’s aged care portfolio.
It is his work however, in practice management that has helped define the culture, vitality and resilience of ClarkeHopkinsClarke today. He is responsible for strategically managing the growth and operations of the business, his modus operandi being to stay true to our purpose and make decisions based on what feels authentic and ‘right’. During his 28 years as a partner, ClarkeHopkinsClarke has grown threefold in size, won over 60 industry awards and now services seven diverse sectors.
A progressive thinker, a constant learner and an ever-active collaborator, Robert seeks out ways our business can make a positive impact through and beyond our project work. Under his leadership, ClarkeHopkinsClarke has been certified as a B Corporation, formalising its commitment and leadership within this space.
Robert has been a partner at ClarkeHopkinsClarke for almost three decades. He is particularly passionate about supporting the personal and professional development of all team members. Living by example, Robert has recently travelled to Bhutan to study Gross Domestic Happiness, he has ‘Run from Poverty’ to support One Heart Foundation in the care and education of orphaned and abandoned children in Kenya, and he regularly contributes to B Corporation Champions Retreats, to progress this movement’s impact across the Australian and international business community.
