This project will see the transformation and expansion of an existing residential aged care facility into a fully integrated community. With the acquisition of a significant site adjoining the existing facility, Baptcare secured an opportunity to redevelop the existing 106-bed residential aged care facility located on Mooroduc Highway in Frankston South. 

The masterplan for the Baptcare Peninsula View Integrated Community aims to leverage the slope of the site via a multi-storey residential development that ensures optimum views for residents and creates a unique sense of character and identity for the community. This new integrated community will feature a redeveloped 120-bed residential aged care facility, 64 independent living units, and a mixed-use development comprising independent living units and a community centre.
