Our journey began with a clear vision: to evolve an existing 106-bed residential aged care facility into a vibrant, fully integrated community that caters to the diverse needs of its residents. Collaborating closely with Baptcare, we embarked on a mission to enrich lives while respecting the natural beauty of the site.
Inspired by the coastal and bushland surrounds of Frankston South, our architectural narrative captures the essence of the sea’s moods and the tranquillity of the natural environment. This timeless aesthetic permeates every aspect of Peninsula View, creating a harmonious sanctuary for residents.
Our masterplan for the Peninsula View Integrated Community aimed to leverage the slope of the site via a multi-storey residential development that ensures optimum views for residents of the new 24 Independent Living Apartments and 85 Independent Living Units. Through this, we sought to create a unique sense of character and identity for the community.
Peninsula View boasts a plethora of vibrant community amenities, curated to cater to residents’ diverse interests and needs. From an inviting café, lounges and cinema to a wellness centre, every aspect of community life has been carefully considered to promote engagement and connection.
