The Peninsula View project will see the transformation and expansion of an existing residential aged care facility into a fully integrated community updating the existing 106-bed residential aged care facility located on Mooroduc Highway in Frankston South.

The masterplan for the Baptcare Peninsula View Integrated Community aims to leverage the slope of the site via a multi-storey residential development that ensures optimum views for residents and creates a unique sense of character and identity for the community.
