Beaumaris Secondary College is a contemporary vertical school developed on a greenfield site through a unique partnership between the Victorian School Building Authority and the Melbourne Cricket Club. Delivered over two stages between 2015 and 2022, the masterplan established a cohesive, future-focused campus designed to serve both students and the broader community. The three-storey Learning Hub and Activity Centre form the school’s heart, providing diverse spaces for general, specialist, and creative learning alongside community-shared recreation and performance facilities.

Drawing on biophilic design principles, the campus celebrates its coastal setting and connection to Long Hollow Heathland. Built form wraps around mature trees and wetlands to create calm, inclusive, and sustainable learning environments that nurture curiosity, wellbeing, and community pride.
