The new 150-bed Boollam Boollam Aged Care Centre, located at the historically significant Kingston Centre in Cheltenham, is a purpose-built development designed to deliver high-quality, inclusive care for older Victorians.

Spread across four levels with capacity for future expansion, the facility has been carefully designed to support residents with complex and dementia-related care needs. The layout prioritises privacy and familiarity, offering single rooms with private ensuites arranged in small household clusters that foster a homelike atmosphere and opportunities for meaningful social interaction.

Set within a broader precinct that provides integrated aged care services, the facility embraces the site’s heritage and enhances resident wellbeing through strong connections to nature. Landscaped gardens, open views, and pandemic-ready ventilation systems contribute to a safe, secure, and supportive environment.
