Designed to create a work environment that reflects the confident new identity of this growing construction and property development company, the Buildcorp Commercial Office refurbishment saw the redevelopment of the facade of the existing glass curtain wall building and the interior refurbishment over two levels. 

The design utilised the company’s strong brand essence to inform colour, imagery and form, exploring the interplay between light and dark to create a dynamic impact that showcases the company’s professional capacity and future direction.

Simplicity of form and a celebration of light was the main focus of the refurbishment, incorporating high impact imagery, a strong interface with the outdoors and a high degree of transparency within the open plan workspace to provide a welcoming, inclusive and professional office environment.
