The main studio space is located half a level above the foyer/reception area and wraps around a central courtyard that brings light and life into the work environment. 

The large glazed street elevation reflects the heritage warehouse buildings opposite while providing glimpses of the life within, bringing new life to the semi-industrial backstreets.
