This masterplanning and design project will provide contemporary health spaces and a campus-style wellbeing hub that reflects the municipality’s diverse culture and health needs. The precinct brings together a private hospital, residential aged care, a rehabilitation centre, mental health services, allied and community health, childcare and affordable housing. Its high profile location and multiple street frontages provide opportunities for each component of the project to have their own identity as well as a presence in the internal plaza.
