The Eclipse Townhouses provided the final piece of the puzzle for the greater Polaris development precinct. Increasingly Polaris was attracting young families and downsizers from the local area and beyond. Our architectural design struck a balance between aspirational and attainable, with the collection prioritising timeless, lasting design.
