Estia Health Bentleigh draws on the golden age of Bentleigh for an Art Deco inspired response featuring cinematic curves, recessive and decorative elements, blending elegant residential brickwork with an industrial crowning tier. Biophilic principals support wellbeing via planted terraces and verdant views over the southeast areas of Melbourne.
Through modular spatial planning, we achieved a highly efficient design on a tight infill site in Melbourne’s southeast, accommodating future configuration changes and alternative uses when required. Two resident communities are located on each floor with multi-directional nurse stations, while shared back-of-house services are centralised.
