LEA Victoria and Tasmania Chapter 2025 - Overall Winner, and New Building/s or Facilities - Small (Winner) |
Our collaboration with Kilvington Grammar School began in 2010, with the creation of a comprehensive campus masterplan. Over the years, we have successfully delivered numerous projects in alignment with the masterplan, supporting the schools’ vision to strive for academic excellence within an authentic, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment.
Most recently, we completed the Hive STEM Building, a three-storey learning hub designed as a ‘living laboratory’ that connects students with nature, centred around a preserved eucalyptus tree. The building supports a broad range of science and technology disciplines with facilities including general science labs, specialist robotics, media, engineering and physics classrooms, a library, quiet study areas, seminar rooms, and a flexible presentation space.
Designed to inspire curiosity and hands-on exploration, the Hive encourages students to engage deeply with STEM learning in a contemporary, technology-rich environment. Our ongoing work with Kilvington reflects our commitment to delivering spaces that nurture curiosity, support student agency, and evolve with the school’s educational vision.
Through our ongoing collaboration with Kilvington Grammar School, we continue to create spaces where students can thrive, explore, and embrace their innate curiosity.
