A welcoming and integrated Aged Care facility in Keilor, inspired by its proximity to rivers and open green space. Formerly home to a school, the site had established pedestrian links to surrounding residential and an adjoining recreational reserve. These links have been retained and celebrated as an opportunity to provide a diffused edge that enhances connections to community.

Our Seniors Living & Care, Urban Design and Mixed Use teams collaborated to incorporate a town square format. Based on the European village model, it promotes interaction and connection, creates space for active and social activities and integrates alternative uses into the heart of the development including medical, retail and hospitality.
