St Germain Village is located in Clyde, within the fast developing growth area of the South Eastern urban corridor. Working closely with the client, ClarkeHopkinsClarke have masterplanned the new St Germain Village with a strong focus on providing a prosperous, vibrant and sustainable community. This project will see the development of a new neighbourhood, creating a distinct sense of place characterised by natural settings, quality urban infrastructure and amenities, and a strong sense of community. St Germain Village will incorporate over 1400 new residential dwellings, a retirement village, a new village centre including supermarket, retail shops, commercial tenancies, restaurants, tavern, and community facilities as well as a state of the art medical facility.
Neighbourhoods will be mixed use and walkable with diverse housing types, pedestrian friendly streets, local open spaces and access to daily needs and amenities such as medical facilities, retail and supermarkets, commercial precinct and offices. The area will be an authentic place with a clear community focus, to enable residents and the wider community to achieve their lifestyle goals and provide opportunities for their children.
