This $23.6 million social housing complex has transformed the former site of a single 3-bedroom home in into 53 high-performing, all-electric apartments with communal gardens to help tenants rebuild their lives. Women’s Housing West will provide stable long-term homes for up to 100 people including First Peoples and women leaving family violence. The project is part of an award-winning series of projects designed by ClarkeHopkinsClarke Architects for Women’s Housing Limited (WHL) in partnership with Urbanxchange creating secure, sustainable, supportive apartment communities.
