As a Senior Project Leader in our Sydney team, Oswaldo is delivering complex projects and helping to develop and grow our burgeoning Sydney practice. Highly experienced, extremely efficient and social impact focussed, he makes it his business to thoroughly understand clients’ needs and aspirations and ensure we deliver projects in ways that reflect CHC’s design and practice ethos.

Oswaldo has more than 15 years’ experience across all sectors including living environments, education, commercial, civic and emergency services and transport and infrastructure. His favourite projects are those that have had positive impacts on the communities they serve, including more than a dozen NSW public schools, multiple police stations across NSW, affordable housing developments, and a pro bono project for children’s charity Ronald McDonald House.

Multi-sector experience make Oswaldo a wealth of knowledge and huge asset on challenging projects. He enjoys the variety of each sector and every project and thrives in a collaborative environment. He is a natural mentor who brings out the best skills and experience in each member of a project team – from colleagues to external consultants and clients. He has the social skills and experience to allow each person freedom and agency while uniting everyone behind their shared goal. A problem solver by nature, Oswaldo is genuinely excited by the challenges of each project and motivated by the opportunity to make long-lasting positive impacts on the wider community.
