Rohan Streader

Senior Architect, RAIA

BArch Hons (RMIT)

"Architecture is collaborative, and clients are often heavily invested in a project even prior to architect engagement. So, I listen from the outset and communicate positively with clients, stakeholders, designers and construction teams to create successful outcomes."

Rohan brings to his role at CHC more than 30 years’ experience across varied projects and multiple sectors, in Australia and internationally, including large-scale projects of significance and time with many of Australia’s leading design studios. His expertise spans including Health, Aged Care, Multi-Residential, Retail and Education.

As a Senior Architect in our Health team Rohan is highly regarded for his lateral thinking, which allows him to solve problems as they arise with calm ingenuity. His strong focus on documentation and delivery make him a valuable asset on our health projects. He naturally combines the attention to detail and big picture thinking required for successful outcomes.

Over three decades Rohan has honed his skills across a huge variety of projects, from Multi-Residential apartments, aged care communities, commercial HQs, laboratories and hospitality training facilities across Melbourne to tertiary education projects in Sydney and a major retail development for a 2021 London Olympic Games site in Stratford, UK.
