Stephen has worked for CHC not once but twice in his career, which must mean he loves us!
He’s a Senior Project Leader in our Education team, and experienced in a wide range of learning environments: from complex mainstream and special development schools through to award-winning small-scale projects like Dandenong South Primary School’s interactive Discovery Centre.

Stephen is involved in all aspects of project delivery, from design development through to final completion (and beyond). His expertise includes documentation, coordination with clients and project teams, and problem-solving during construction. To achieve this, he draws on his strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.

He has worked in London, Toronto and Queensland as well as Melbourne, and although he joined CHC as part of our Mixed-Use team he found his groove in Educational design. As a dad, Stephen understands and empathises with kids and has seen for himself the impact inspiring, inclusive learning environments can have on them.

Dedicated and calm in his approach, he takes the time to get to know stakeholders, from builders to consultants, principals and school staff. A team player, Stephen takes great satisfaction from the joint effort that drives successful Education projects.
