Armstrong Creek School is an integrated education precinct featuring a Primary School, Special School, and Community Hub. It has been designed as a fully inclusive learning hub where learners of all ages, needs and abilities come together to discover their passion for learning in a safe, nurturing and inclusive setting.

Multi-sensory elements such as sensory gardens, multi-sensory rooms and tactile materials in the buildings and landscape have been carefully considered and integrated to stimulate optimal learning outcomes.

The collaborative nature of the school environment promotes opportunities for staff with a range of expertise to work and learn from each other and provide appropriate levels of ‘point of need’ support as required.

Immersive learning experiences are offered for individuals or groups to work inside or out, exploring their skills and passions, and developing lifelong friendships regardless of their ages, needs and abilities.

Internal learning spaces have been designed as single level, with no stairs or ramps to be negotiated, and ease of circulation within and between learning communities is afforded through the interconnection of learning spaces and the strong relationship of all learning spaces to the central plaza.
