Nestled in the heart of Ocean Grove, the design for Kingston Village drew on our understanding of the local community’s needs and aspirations to create a vibrant neighbourhood activity centre.

The centre seamlessly integrates a thoughtfully curated mix of retail outlets, inviting dining spaces, and engaging public areas creating a place where local residents can shop, dine, and socialise. It includes a large outdoor plaza with family entertainment, outdoor seating and a large screen, unique for a neighbourhood shopping centre. Major tenants include a 3800sqm Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s, a fitness gym, a chemist outlet and medical centre, 25 speciality stores, along with office spaces.
