Situated on Melbourne’s iconic Spencer Street, this 20-storey mixed-use development will include 177 apartments with ground floor retail, breathing life into a once vacant West Melbourne block.

Parkhill features large, glazed windows at ground level to enhance views of the retail spaces and apartment lobby for pedestrians, combined with a highly articulated facade that uses vertical and horizontal banding to create a sense of visual rhythm that fits seamlessly into the West Melbourne landscape.

This project is one of only a few designs across Melbourne that fully embraces the City of Melbourne’s Rooftop Project initiative, a strategy formed to encourage the creation of solar, cool and green rooftops across Melbourne’s cityscape.
