Located on the outskirts of Melbourne, Waterman Workspace Eastland has been perfectly integrated into level three of Eastland Shopping Centre. Spanning 3,500 sqm, this new project offers dynamic workplace flexibility for like-minded individuals, and creates a balance between functionality, convenience and aesthetics.
Inspired by the neighbouring Mullum Mullum Creek and surrounding native and regenerated bushland, a meandering central spine takes users on a biophilic journey through public to private, active to passive – providing spaces that foster connection, community and productivity.
An atrium lightwell filters natural light across the entire floor into private offices, collaborative co-working spaces, interactive board rooms, creative break-out spaces and a central café.
