“I aspire to a collaborative design future, where inclusive buildings harmoniously merge functional, sustainable and affordable spaces that inspire and uplift diverse communities.”

Ana Nolasco brings a global perspective and broad experience to our Seniors Living & Care team, including residential, commercial and educational design. She was part of the team that took out Mexico’s international airport design competition in 2010 for the design and delivery of Terminal B in Monterrey. She was also shortlisted for the Guggenheim Helsinki competition in 2015.

Over the past six years Ana has helped our seniors team bring to life a mix of residential aged care facilities, retirement villages and community centres for elders. She’s highly regarded for her project design, consultant coordination and spatial organisation skills. Clients and colleagues appreciate her warmth, positivity and naturally collaborative approach. She’s detail-oriented, committed and a passionate advocate for sustainability, creating active communities, and human-centred design.

Team-oriented and motivated, Ana is an active mentor in ArLA Australia – an organisation of female Latin American architects working in Australia. She’s part of the CHC team challenging the status quo in the design of truly inclusive and innovative seniors communities in the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care’s Reimagining Aged Care design competition.
