Karrie Williams

Senior Project Leader

Adv Dip Building Design (RMIT)

“I appreciate the bespoke nature of healthcare design and its endless variety.”

Karrie brings six years’ health experience to her role as Senior Project Leader in our Health team. She takes projects from feasibility through early planning, development of building designs, and project documentation. She enjoys working closely with our Interior Designers to ensure their design vision is implemented throughout each project.

Detail oriented and exacting, Karrie helps teams capture lessons learned on past projects and ensures they are implemented correctly and consistently, delivering efficiencies and high-quality outcomes. She’s known for her clean, consistent and highly detailed documentation, which reduces problems on site and results in a high level of client satisfaction.

Karrie started out on small refurbishments and now works on $100-million new builds, so she’s had an incredible design journey so far. Clients appreciate her responsiveness. She loves learning, which is fortunate because in healthcare no two projects are ever the same, and there are always more nuances to understand: about our clients, their highly specific needs, and the forces shaping the rapidly changing healthcare industry.
