Victoria Dragas

Senior Architect, RAIA

BArch RMIT

“I’m passionate about pushing beyond the client’s brief to deliver inspiring design outcomes.”

Victoria’s work spans more than 15 years of architectural design of retail, commercial, childcare, industrial, multi-residential and mixed-use projects in Australia. She’s a design architect with experience in masterplanning, feasibility, schematic design, town planning and documentation. As a Senior Architect in our Retail & Mixed-Use team her focus is the development of Local Activity Centres for new regional and semi-regional estates.

Her strong sense of design helps Victoria work closely with clients to develop and realise their project vision. She brings a deep commitment to overcoming project challenges on the way to delivering considered, nuanced spaces.

Victoria believes architecture should strive to improve the lives and experiences of those who use it. She’s motivated to provide simple, timeless design and materiality that’s well suited to the elements and operational needs, ensuring longevity and low environmental impact. She knows even the simplest design response isn’t always the easiest to achieve, but this is where creativity shines brightest.

Motivated and engaged, Victoria was a 2016 member of The Property Council of Australia’s 500 Women in Property program in its first year. This influential initiative aims to accelerate more women into leadership positions in the property industry through sponsorship of high-potential talent.
