With an energetic, creative, open-minded approach on every project, Han brings a broad mix of skills and more than 15 years’ experience in Australia and internationally to his role as a design lead in our Education team. His expertise crosses varied sectors and scales and includes educational, commercial and hospitality projects. He is a Certified Passive House Designer.

Han is responsible for setting clear design strategies and concepts and delivering holistic architectural solutions. He’s design-focused, passionate about sustainability, loves sketching, and creates seamless coherence between built form, landscape, interiors and furniture, fixtures and equipment. He ensures our projects are executed according to the agreed design intent throughout every phase, up to completion and post-occupancy. He’s committed to a consultative process, which he knows from experience creates more innovative, pragmatic, sustainable design.

Renowned for his refined materiality and meticulous detailing, Han draws on knowledge and precedent to explore the unique opportunities of every project and deliver functional spatial planning that’s innovative, feasible and cohesive. He’s fascinated by unconventional design solutions and inspires colleagues and clients to think laterally and pursue excellence.
