Lauren is a highly regarded leader in our Sydney team. She stewards complex projects from concept design through to construction, delivering on project vision while resolving challenges swiftly though considered communication and problem-solving. Her broad expertise includes mixed-use precincts, including retail, adventure sports and active health, seniors living & care, urban design, residential and commercial projects.

Creating better alternatives for seniors in NSW became a key driver for Lauren after watching her grandparents spend their final days feeling isolated and hopeless in clinical environments. She has made it her mission to work closely with our Seniors team in Melbourne and bring more integrated, inclusive, community focused seniors environments to her state, which focus on creating agency, choice and diversity for residents, staff and families.

Meticulous, personable and team-oriented, Lauren ensures teams deliver on the client’s desired outcome, on time and within budget. As a highly regarded mentor and team leader she’s approachable, proactive, hands-on and flexible.
